I'm Liz Quinlisk, a physical therapist and yoga teacher. I specialize in teaching therapeutic and gentle yoga.
My many years of experience as a physical therapist gives me the knowledge and expertise needed to create a class that is therapeutic, safe, well-paced and suited especially for people over 50 - or anyone who wants a gentle, slower-paced practice. My classes focus on mindfulness, breath awareness, improving strength, balance, mobility and promoting healthy aging.
I use a therapeutic and gentle approach in my yoga classes and they are suitable for students over 50 or anyone who desires a gentle and slower-paced yoga practice. Of course, all ages are welcome!

Online gentle yoga classes
I have 3 different types of weekly online classes for you: Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga-Slow Stretch and Gentle Yoga for Strength and Stability. Take a look at the class previews to get an idea of what the classes are like.
You can drop into a class to try it out, buy a class package or get unlimited online and on-demand classes with a membership.
Private yoga therapy sessions
Private yoga therapy sessions are a great way to get started with yoga if you're brand new to yoga, recovering from an injury or illness or want a personalized yoga program to meet your individual needs.
