I'm Liz Quinlisk, physical therapist and yoga teacher. I specialize in teaching therapeutic and gentle yoga.

My many years of experience as a physical therapist gives me the knowledge and expertise needed to create a class that is therapeutic, safe, well-paced and suited especially for people over 50 - or anyone who wants a gentle, slower-paced practice. My classes focus on mindfulness, breath awareness, improving strength, balance and mobility and promoting healthy aging.

I use a therapeutic and gentle approach in my yoga classes and they are suitable for students over 50 or anyone who desires a gentle and slower-paced yoga practice. Of course, all ages are welcome.
