About Me

Hi! I'm Liz Quinlisk, a licensed physical therapist and certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping older adults move safely, confidently and joyfully.

After years of working with seniors in physical therapy settings, I saw a major gap: many people wanted an ongoing, accessible exercise routine that was gentle, safe, and effective—but also strong enough to maintain independence and prevent decline. That's what inspired me to create my hybrid style of teaching.

I use a therapeutic and gentle approach in my teaching with a focus on promoting healthy aging through mindfulness, breath awareness, stress reduction and improving strength, balance, and mobility. I combine gentle yoga, chair yoga, physical therapy-informed strengthening, balance work, flexibility and mobility exercises into a supportive, easy to follow practice.

My classes are designed for real bodies, real limitations and real goals - not the unrealistic poses you often see in traditional yoga settings.
My mission is simple: to help you feel stronger, steadier, more flexible, and more capable in your everyday life.
