Get Started with Yoga After 60 is a 4-week online gentle yoga program for adults over 60 who want to experience the health benefits of yoga while learning in a supportive and safe way from an experienced yoga teacher and physical therapist.
This class series is designed to remove the uncertainty of starting a yoga practice. You will be guided step-by-step through beginner-friendly, yoga practices that promote healthy aging.
This program will include 4 weeks of access to all my online live yoga classes where we will learn and practice yoga that you can integrate into your daily routine immediately.
The physical practices will focus on balance, strength, and flexibility, while the meditation and breathing practices will help you release tension and stress and improve your mental focus and clarity.
You can attend up to 3 classes/week, including chair-based and mat-based classes.
Your learning will be supported by a private library of videos you can practice with at any time and weekly emails from me with practice tips and guides to keep you motivated and inspired.
By the end of this 4-week program, you will be well on your way to feeling more mobile, having more energy, and moving more confidently.
- Weekly Live Gentle Yoga Zoom Classes -Attend any or all of my 3 online live classes/week. There will be time before and after the practice to ask questions and to connect with others.
- Class Recordings - You will receive a recording of each class. If you can't make the live class, you can practice along with the video later.
- Private Yoga Video Library - you will have access to a private library of all of my chair-based videos and guided meditations.
- Weekly Emails With Tips and Guides -
Each week you'll receive an email with additional tips, guides, and videos to keep you motivated and inspired on your yoga journey.
- A Free Consultation Call - All participants will receive a free video or phone consultation call with me to answer any questions and make recommendations for your yoga practice to help you achieve your goals.

Chair-Based Yoga: Thursdays at 9:30 AM
Mat-Based Gentle Yoga:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM
*All participants will receive the recording of the class afterward, so if you miss the live session you can watch it later.
