Learn ​how to safely start and practice yoga after 60 to improve your strength, balance, and health.

I've created a special package for adults over 60 who want to experience the health benefits of yoga while learning in a supportive and safe way from an experienced yoga teacher and physical therapist.

The Get Started with Yoga Program is a 4-week online yoga class series for adults over 60.

This program has been specially designed to take the uncertainty out of starting a yoga practice. You will be guided step-by-step through beginner-friendly, yoga practices that promote healthy aging.

We will meet for 4 weeks of online live Zoom sessions where you will learn and practice yoga that you can easily integrate into your daily routine.

You will have a choice of chair-based or mat-based classes.

The physical practices will focus on balance, strength, and flexibility, while the meditation and breathing practices will help you release tension and stress and improve your mental focus and clarity.

There will be time before and after the class for questions, discussion, and connecting with the other students.

Your learning will be supported by a private library of videos you can practice with and weekly motivating emails from me to keep you engaged and motivated.
