Then the Get Started With Yoga After 60 4-Week program is for you!
This program has been specially designed to take the uncertainty out of starting a yoga practice. You will be guided step-by-step through beginner-friendly, yoga practices that promote healthy aging.
We will meet for 4 weeks of online live Zoom sessions where you will learn and practice yoga that you can easily integrate into your daily routine.
You will have a choice of chair-based or mat-based classes.
The physical practices will focus on balance, strength, and flexibility, while the meditation and breathing practices will help you release tension and stress and improve your mental focus and clarity.
There will be time before and after the class for questions, discussion, and connecting with the other students.
Your learning will be supported by a private library of videos you can practice with and weekly motivating emails from me to keep you engaged and motivated.
