Yoga for Strength and Stability with Resistance Band

This is an energizing, yet gentle 60-minute class with a focus on upper body and core strength and balance. We open the class with a breathing practice for stress relief and focus, followed by movements to get the spine warmed up. A resistance band is used for shoulder, arm and mid-back strengthening and as an addition to yoga balance postures.
