This is a well-rounded and energizing 60-minute practice with a focus on balance, strength, and lifting energy. We open the class with a breathing practice for stress relief and focus, followed by movements to get warmed up. A resistance band is used for shoulder, arm and mid-back strengthening and as an addition to yoga balance postures.
