In this 60-minute class, we start with a guided meditation and breathing practice. We then begin a seated warm-up and move into some seated resistance band work to strengthen the core and upper body. For the standing practice, the resistance band is used to strengthen the arms and provide stability in dynamic standing balance practices, along with traditional yoga poses.
