Yoga for Balance - 18 minute Standing Practice

In this video, you will be guided through half-sun salutations to warm up. Then we will work on our dynamic and static standing balance with various yoga poses and exercises. This would be a great practice to repeat several times/week to help improve your balance.

Always use a sturdy chair or piece of furniture to help you balance as needed.
