This is a 20-minute class focused on building upper body strength using dumbbells. I demonstrate with two different sets of weights, one heavier, one lighter. If you don't have weights you can use water bottles or cans. Please use your best judgment and use weights that you feel comfortable with and when in doubt, go with lighter weights. You can always increase later. We start with a little warm-up before we move into the strengthening exercises. Class ends with some stretching.
