In this 60-minute slow-paced class, we start with a breathing practice to help quiet the mind and relax the body. The entire practice is done on the ground with a focus on releasing tension in the lower back, side body and hips. Focusing on the breath and the sensations in the body during the longer held positions results in deeper relaxation and release.
