This is a 60-minute gentle, slow-paced, practice done entirely on the floor - sitting, hands and knees and lying down. This class is designed to alleviate stress, improve flexibility, quiet the body/mind and encourage relaxation. Class begins with a guided meditation and breathing practice. Postures in this class focus on releasing tension in the deep tissues and fascia with a focus on the hips, hamstrings and mid-back. Class ends with relaxation (Savasana)
