Slow Stretch #6

This 60-minute floor-based class is designed to encourage relaxation and letting go of tension in the body-mind. Class begins with a guided meditation and breathing practice, followed by slow movements to warm up the body followed by longer-held postures to open up the energy pathways in the mid-back, chest, and sides of the body. Class ends with relaxation (Savasana)
