This 60-minute relaxing floor-based practice begins with Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) designed to promote relaxation and balance the nervous system. We begin with gentle movements to warm up the spine and proceed to yin postures designed to release tension in the deeper tissues and fascia with a focus on the lower back, hips and hamstrings. Class ends with relaxation (Savasana)
