In this 60 minute class, you will be guided through a slow-paced and relaxing sequence designed to help release tension in the body and mind, with a focus on releasing tight muscles and fascia in the hips, hamstrings and low back. This class starts with a grounding guided meditation and breath awareness and ends with Savasana (resting pose).
