This is a 60-minute gentle, slow-paced class designed to promote relaxation, stress relief and to release tension in the deeper tissues of the body. Class begins with a guided meditation and ends with Savasana - resting pose. The focus of this class is on releasing tightness and restrictions especially in the hips, legs, low back and chest.
