Short Yoga Practice for Stiffness

This is a short 13-minute practice that will help alleviate stiffness and discomfort, especially in the back. No need to get on the floor for this practice as it can be done from a chair or standing. This is a great practice to do first thing in the morning or as a way of giving your body a re-set after sitting for a period of time.
