Learn how to build up to plank pose, which is a great overall strength-building exercise. Practicing and holding plank pose will help strengthen your shoulders, arms, back, core and legs. If you have trouble holding a traditional plank, watch this video to get started at the wall and then you can progress to using lower surfaces, such as a countertop, stairs or a chair.
