Get outside and enjoy the sounds of nature in this 60-minute outdoor class. We start with a guided meditation and warm-up on the ground and then make our way up to standing practices. We work on smooth and transitions between standing postures to help improve balance and strength. A resistance band is used to strengthen the arms and provide stability in dynamic standing balance practices.
