This is a 30-minute gentle yoga and movement practice designed to enhance your awareness of your breath, promote relaxation and help you to tune into how your body is feeling and responding to movement. Increased awareness of the body and breath can have a calming effect on the nervous system and help to reduce pain and tension. If you have serious back issues or persistent pain, please consult with a physician or physical therapist before practicing these movements and discontinue any movement that increases your pain.
