Gentle Yoga for Overall Strength and Balance - Get Outside!

Connect with nature in this 60-minute outdoor practice focusing on balance and strength. This class is done outside, accompanied by birdsong and starts with a breath and sensory-centered meditation followed by a seated warm-up. We then progress to standing yoga postures and practices focusing on building strength and balance, with the optional use of dumbbells.

While this class has a focus on strength and balance, it maintains the feel of a traditional yoga practice with an emphasis on mindfulness in movement and breath. The class ends with some reclined postures and a brief relaxation pose (Savasana.)
