Gentle Yoga for a Hot Day - Resistance Band

This is a recording from one of my Gentle Yoga for Strength and Stability Classes. Since it was a hot day, the class is paced a bit slower. We spend time in the beginning of class with some movements and postures to free up the neck, mid back and thoracic spine. A resistance band is used for some upper body strengthening and also to assist with a standing balance practice.
