Essential Exercises for Healthy Aging - a 3-day mini course

In this mini-course, you will learn some fundamental exercises that are essential for healthy aging and designed to improve and address the following areas:

  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Mobility
  • Posture

Each day, you will receive an email that will include a short video lesson (about 10 minutes long) of the practice for the day. You will get a new email and video lesson every day after that and on the 3rd day, we will put it all together. By the end of the course, you will have a complete routine that you can do whenever you like and can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. All of the exercises are appropriate for beginners.

Optional (but not necessary) equipment: dumbbells, yoga or exercise mat and chair.
