Gentle Yoga - Slow Stretch
OCT 18, 9 - 10pm EDT

A gentle, slow-paced, restorative practice done on the floor - sitting and lying down. This class is designed to alleviate stress, improve flexibility, quiet the body/mind and encourage relaxation. Yin postures with longer holds for deep tissue and fascial release will be included as well as guided meditation, breathing practices, and supported poses with pillows, blankets and other props as needed.
