Gentle Yoga for Strength and Stability Class

This class is for beginners as well as those who have some experience with yoga. The class includes practices to build core and extremity strength and stability, using bodyweight and optional dumbbells and resistance bands. While this class has a focus on strength and balance, it maintains the feel of a traditional yoga practice with an emphasis on mindfulness in movement and breath. Every class opens with a guided meditation and breathing practice and closes with a brief relaxation pose (Savasana.)
